Who we are
Graphics 360 is a family-owned print shop at 2706 S Grand Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705. This policy explains what information we collect through graphics360.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business address when you register.
- Order and quote information: product specifications, quantities, due dates, PO numbers, project names, delivery or shipping addresses, and any notes you include.
- Artwork files you upload with an order or quote.
- How you heard about us, if you answer that question.
- Website usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and similar data collected automatically through cookies (see below).
We do not collect or store credit card information on this website. Payments are handled separately when we invoice you.
How we use your information
- To process your orders and quotes, produce your jobs, and deliver or ship them
- To send you order confirmations, quote confirmations, invoices, and account emails
- To provide customer service
- To send occasional email updates about our products and services (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand how our website is used and to improve it and our advertising
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business:
- Kinsta: hosts our website
- Postmark: delivers order, quote, and account emails
- Brevo: delivers our email newsletters and announcements
- QuickBooks Online: invoicing and accounting
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: website traffic measurement and advertising performance
- Shipping carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) when your order is shipped
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and measure site traffic through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like logging in and checking out) may not work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our website does not currently respond to these signals.
How long we keep your information
- Account information is kept while your account is active.
- Order records are kept as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
- Uploaded artwork files are deleted from our website about two months after upload.
Your choices
- Review or update your information: log in and go to My Account, where you can edit your account details and addresses.
- Delete your account: email us at info@graphics360.net. We may keep records we’re required to retain for tax or legal purposes.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails: click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. You’ll still receive emails about your orders and quotes.
Children
Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
